Hilltop Farms Harvest Schedule

In over twenty years of farming this land in Wake County, we have discovered the most reliable and high-yielding crops for our area. However, there are a variety of elements that factor into how much we successfully harvest each year. Unpredictable weather patterns, unseasonable temperatures, significant rain, droughts, animals and insects, etc. Please keep in mind that these naturally occurring factors may impact the quantity of items you receive with each harvest.
