Freezing Basil       Originally posted 7/21/2006

Ingredients:
Fresh basil, .5 to 1 pound

Directions:
Wash and dry the Basil. In a food processor add basil and a little olive oil. Chop. Put into a clean ice cube tray and then fill will olive oil. freeze. Pop out of tray and put into freezer bag. Great for Pesto, soups, basil dressing etc.
